  62. Advanced HTML Optimizer (AHTMLO) is intended for HTML documents
  63. optimizing, resulting in shorter download/upload time. Pages
  64. will appear in client's Internet browser in exactly the same way,
  65. but they will be about 20% smaller.
  66. Its main function is to save space on your web pages by removing
  67. unnecessary characters and tags. Though the saving percentage may
  68. seem small, load time savings is much higher as your client's
  69. Internet browser parses the pages more efficient. Embedded script
  70. code is not ruined by HTML Optimizer!
  71. It'll help you to make site traffic more effective and cheaper
  72. and to lower disk space usage. Also Advanced HTML Optimizer makes
  73. HTML code unreadable for users that are going to steal your own
  74. HTML techniques.

  115. Important! If you've got AHTMLO not from our web page, but from
  116. the other source (magazine CD or some software library), please
  117. visit our home page - you'll probably find the later version;
  118. usually, we release the updates about once a month.

  120. To install AHTMLO, just run the "setup.exe" and follow the
  121. instructions.

  147. - Be sure that you're doing everything right. We all make
  148.   mistakes sometimes... Be attentive.
  149. - Look at the Help file: it may already contain an answer to
  150.   your question. A lot of people ask us something like "how
  151.   do I:", though the complete information is there.
  152. - Visit AHTMLO home page in the Internet at
  153.   http://www.pcbit.com/htmlopt.html. It's a good chance that you'll
  154.   find the newer version of AHTMLO there. If the serious bug has
  155.   been found in the program, but the new version is not ready yet,
  156.   we make the hot fix for it.

  165.   - where did you get Advanced HTML Optimizer (http or ftp site)
  166.   - Windows 95/98/NT version (including service packs and other
  167.     fixes installed), US or international, OEM or not
  168.   - computer information: CPU type and speed, installed memory
  169.   - description of your problem (as much information as possible
  170.     to retrieve the problem)

  172. Note: you may want to read the "How to Determine the Version of

  177. In order to get the complete computer information (working under
  178. Windows 95), open the Control Panel, click on "System" applet and
  179. press "Print" on "Device Manager" tab.
